Q. Where are you located?
A. USA Auto is on the south side of Main Street, just west of Country Club Blvd. in Mesa. Our exact physical address is 525 W. Main St. Mesa, AZ 85201. See the Google Map here.  

Q. Are you open on Sunday?
A. No. We think it’s important to give our staff and customers a day to enjoy their families and regroup before the work week.

Q. What are your normal hours?
A. USA Auto is open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sunday.

Q. Are you open holidays?
A. No. We respect the holidays but are ready to help you during normal business hours. If your vehicle needs service or you’re considering a new used vehicle purchase or financing, contact us and we can schedule an appointment.

Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We’re proud to say that we’ve been in the Valley of the Sun for 20 years, taking care of people in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Phoenix and visitors in our state for their used car needs.

Q. Do you pay for referrals?
A. Yes! Know someone that is interested in purchasing a used vehicle from our lot? Send them over and make sure they mention you. If we sell them a car, truck, or SUV, we’ll give you a $100.00 just for referring them.

Q. Do you offer in-house financing?
A. Yes, we have in-house financing available as well as secondary lenders and credit unions. Speak to a financing specialist to discuss your options.

Q. Do you have low down payments?
A. Yes. We offer a variety of low down payment programs, including $399 down, depending on your credit.

Q. Can I get a loan if I have no credit or bad credit?
A. Yes! Ask us about our many financing options and terms.

Q. Who inspects our cars?
A. USA Auto has highly skilled mechanics on site ensuring that every vehicle on our lot is ready to go before it’s sold!

Q. Does the purchase include a warranty?
A. All of our cars, trucks, and SUVs come with a 15-day or 500-mile warranty, whichever comes first. In addition, we have extended warranties available for purchase at the time of the vehicle sale.

Q. Can you buy an extended warranty?
A. Yes. Let us know that you’re interested in going beyond our standard warranty offered.

Q. What do I need to bring with me to apply for a vehicle purchase or car financing?
A. We ask that you bring your two (2) most recent pay stubs, phone bill or utility bill (showing proof of residence), six (6) references with addresses and phone numbers, your AZ Driver’s License, down payment funds (cash or debit card), proof of current and valid auto insurance (or extra funds to purchase insurance) before taking delivery of your vehicle.

Q. How old do you have to be to purchase a vehicle?
A. We require that the person purchasing a vehicle is 18 years of age.

Q. How will my payments be set up?
A. Some finance companies prefer monthly payments while others will follow your specific pay days at weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly increments.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. USA Auto accepts cash, credit or debit cards. However, we do not accept checks.

Q. Do you take trade-ins?
A. Yes. Be sure to ask us for a fair market value on your current vehicle.

Q. Do you service the cars at the dealership?
A. Yes. USA Auto’s skilled mechanics are available to inspect your vehicle, provide recommendations on what’s needed, and maintain your vehicle to keep it running.

Q. When does my registration come in?
A. Upon your vehicle purchase, license plates are ready after the down payment is processed or before the 45-day TRP expires.

Q. Where do I make my payments?
A. Once the loan is funded, down payment installments are paid at USA Auto, paid directly to the finance company that holds your loan.
